Entrance gate will be four lanes wide. Rocks of this gate will be molded with different designs. Gates will have religious idols of deities. There will be beautiful lighting which will focus towards gate. Pillars of the gate will be 10 feet, 15 feet and 20 feet long. There will be 21 – 21 pillars on the both side of gate as well as 4 – 4 pillars in the middle. Divider will also be constructed on both sides of the road.
The simhastha entrance gate will be constructed in Rajasthani style
Grand entrance gates will be constructed in Rajasthani style for devotees who are coming to simhastha 2016. First entrance gate will be constructed on Dewas road near Manpura. This will be made from special Rajasthani rocks. Gate will be of four lane size and will be made from 46 pillars. After the approval from S.F.C (Standing Finance Committee) tender will be made in Bhopal on Monday. Work will be completed till 31 December. The complete authority of construction will be of P.I.U.
P.S of P.W.D Pramod Agrawal and E.N.C Akhilesh Agrawal has already finalized the place for this entrance gates. Cultural department will be constructing these gates. Pillars will be created and exported from Rajasthan. 3 crores will be the expense for these gates. After the approval from sahdhikaar committee it is forwarded to S.F.C. The meeting of committee will held at Bhopal on Monday. K.P Singh E.E of P.I.U is going to Bhopal for this meeting. After approval and tender work order will be given. The proposal for construction of gates includes Agar – Kota highway, Dewas – Ujjain highway, Maksi – Ujjain highway and Ujjain – Badnagar highway, from these first entrance gate will be constructed on Dewas highway. As Mahamrityunjaya gate is already constructed on Indore – Ujjain four lanes thus this highway has been excluded from the proposal.
